Goat school 101 was created in collaboration with Lise Bueschen-Monahan, owner of Fraga Farmstead Creamery, an educational farm and dairy located in Gales Creek, Oregon, to develop an interpretive program for home-school students called “Goat School 101.” This program took the form of a 6 week class that included a mixture of on-site and virtual lessons about farm life, goat anatomy, and nature.

We researched and developed the activities and instructions together. I then wrote, designed, and illustrated a printable workbook to accompany the course. Lise acted as the primary facilitator of the course in person, and I lead the art lessons on Zoom from St. Louis.
